How to create a Space
You must create at least one Space to use the Reeplayer mobile app. Spaces keep your teams and their content separate. When you create a Space, you can invite team members, upload footage, create bookmarks, leave comments, and manage folders within that Space.
Here’s how to create a Space:
- Go to Menu and tap on Spaces
- In Spaces, tap on Create a new Space
- Create your new Space on the next screen and hit save
How to invite team members
You can invite coaches, managers, players, and parents to a Space. You can also invite the same person to more than one Space if necessary. You should not invite Fans and others to Spaces, they should visit your Fan Page to keep up with your team’s games.
Here’s how to invite team members to a Space:
- Go to Menu and tap on Spaces
- In Spaces, tap on a Space you’d like to invite people to
- Tap on Invite members with a link and copy the appropriate link (you can change someone’s role at any time)
Team members in a Space can:
- Watch game footage
- Create bookmarks
- Leave comments in bookmarks
- Download bookmarks
- Share a link to a bookmark with someone who is not in your Space
- Create folders
- Add bookmarks to folders
- Download bookmarks
- Share a link to any folder with someone who is not in your Space
An account owner can remove anyone and can make anyone an admin. Once an admin, an admin can also make anyone an admin. Account owners and admins can do everything a team member can in a Space plus:
- Connect and control the Reeplayer camera (recording game footage and adding bookmarks while recording a game)
- Upload game footage for processing
- See and control uploads
- Edit and delete recordings
