How do I delete my account?

Delete your Reeplayer Account

There are a few things you need to do before deleting your Reeplayer account.

Cancel subscriptions

You can delete your Reeplayer Account at any time. If you change your mind, you might not be able to recover it. Also, If you have more than one Reeplayer Account, deleting one won’t delete the others.

Reeplayer doesn't cancel subscriptions when deleting an account. If you have a paid plan, you'll need to cancel your next Reeplayer Go Camera annual subscription before you can delete your account. 

To request a refund, email support@reeplayer.com and include the account holder's full name.
