What happens when an upload stops?

First, here are tips to keep in mind for a successful upload:

1. While uploading, charge your camera with the provided charging block. If available, use a more powerful block, such as your computer's charger, to charge faster. Ensure the light on the provided USB-C cable is lit — indicating that the camera is charging.

2. Ensure your ethernet cable is connected to your modem/router for internet access. Make sure you have access to the internet.

3. Make sure you upload one game at a time. When you give the app a command, please wait a couple of seconds for it to receive and process your command.

Please follow the steps below if you are unable to upload game footage.

Possible scenarios and solutions

Scenario  #1: "I get an error, and the upload doesn't start."

Solution: Please disconnect from the camera and log out from your Reeplayer mobile app. Log back in with your phone number, and try to upload again. If you are still getting an error, please take a screenshot of the error and reach out to us at support@reeplayer.com.

Scenario #2: "I was able to start an upload successfully. It's been a while, and the upload % is stuck."

Solution A: Tap the three dots ••• next to the footage that's stuck. Then Stop the upload. Now try the "Upload All" button and wait for the upload to start. This will trigger all the recorded footages to start uploading. They will upload in the order they were saved.

Solution B: If the upload still doesn't continue, click the three dots ••• then tap on Edit. Edit the game footage info and save it. When you return to the upload page, click three dots ••• next to the stuck footage and check if the "Resume to upload" is there to resume the upload.

If the steps above aren't working, please email us at support@reeplayer for further instructions.
