How to activate your Reeplayer account

We activate your account before your Reeplayer camera is shipped. When you receive your Reeplayer camera, the account owner (the person paying for the subscription) should log in to the Reeplayer mobile app using their mobile phone number. This will complete your account's activation, allowing you to create your first Space and start inviting others! You can follow this article to see how you can download the Reeplayer mobile app.

What's in your Reeplayer case?

Start by watching this video to discover everything about your Reeplayer camera, including the mount, and to understand its power and input features.

Tripod and the mount

When you receive your tripod package. Find a screwdriver and unscrew this small piece. (It comes off easily)

Before heading to the field, make sure you watch the video below and go through a test run.

Mount Angle Adjustment

Try to tilt your mount down by about 22 degrees using your iPhone's measure app for guidance. It's not about precision but ensuring a slight downward angle.

At the field, ensure the soccer field's bottom line is visible in your preview. Adjust the tripod or tilt angle as needed for the perfect view. Once set, this becomes your go-to setup.

Game-day:

Watch the video below for a comprehensive guide on how to record successfully. It covers everything from setting up your tripod on the field, positioning your camera, marking the field, calibrating, and the recording process. You'll also learn how to manage your recording, create tags during the game, and successfully save your recording.

Uploading your game.

Once your game's recorded, charge your camera and switch it on at home. Launch the mobile app and link up with your camera. Choose 'overview' to connect to WiFi and kick off the upload, or opt for a USB-C to Ethernet connection through your router.

You'll be notified when the upload is complete, and you can then enjoy the game footage right from your homepage.
