How to get started for the first time

1. Download the Reeplayer mobile app
IMPORTANT: The account owner should be the first person to download the Reeplayer app and log in. The account owner will need to log in, create an account, create a Space, and then be able to invite others — including admins.
- For iOS users, go to the app store and search for Reeplayer or click here.
- For Android users, go to the Google play store and search for Reeplayer or click here.
2. Log in and create an account for the first time
Launch the Reeplayer mobile app and you will be greeted with a walkthrough explaining the app. After the walkthrough, log in using the mobile phone number you used to register for Reeplayer. After you’re logged in, you will be required to create an account.
Before receiving your camera, you should have received an email or SMS from us confirming your mobile phone number. This is the phone number you should use to log in. If you’re having an issue with this step, please get in touch with us at support@reeplayer.com.
3. Create a Space
Great! You’ve successfully created an account. The next step is to create a Space. Follow the prompts after logging in to create your first Space.
Spaces are for your different teams, and you can create up to two Spaces in your account. Spaces keep your recordings, invited team members, bookmarks, and folders separate and organized. For example, you can create a Space for Team A and another Space for Team B to keep things tidy. Pro tip: You can invite the same person to both Spaces.
4. Invite others
Soccer is a team sport and the Reeplayer app is better with your entire team. The account owner is encouraged to invite coaches, players, and parents associated with a team/Space.
To invite team members, go to Menu > Spaces > Select the right Space > Select “Invite members with a link.” Share the link you copied with a parent, player, or manager/coach to invite them to your Space.
Head over to the same section to update the role of a team member or remove them from your Space at any time. Removing someone will disable their account access privileges, and they will not be able to log into their account. Please give them a warning.

5. Connect to your Reeplayer camera
Only account owners and admins can connect to the Reeplayer camera and start recordings. See the Invite Others section in this article for inviting someone and making them an admin.
Step 1
Turn ON your camera by pressing the Power button on the bottom of your Reeplayer camera.
Step 2
Turn on your WIFI and Bluetooth on your mobile device.
Step 3
Launch the Reeplayer mobile app and go to Menu > Enter Camera. You’ll see your Reeplayer camera on the screen, tap on “TAP TO CONNECT.” You might be asked to join the Reeplayer WIFI network. Tap “Join.”
When the Reeplayer camera and your mobile app successfully connect, you will enter the camera interface (the Camera Control Room). This is where you will see your camera controls.
6. Start a recording
Tap “Start Recording” and complete the steps required to start recording. That’s it!
7. Your options while recording is in progress

Stop and save recording
Stop a recording by tapping and holding down the red “STOP” button. You will be taken to a screen to save your recording.
- Select the Space this recording should be saved to
- Enter the name of the team you played against
- Select the outcome of the game
- Adjust the score of the game
- Toggle ON the switch if the game was played at home
- Toggle ON the switch if you want the audio on
- Toggle ON the switch if you want to publish this game to your fan page on the web
Pause recording
Pause a recording by tapping the “Pause” button on the screen. You may want to pause a recording during halftime.
Bookmark events (live) while recording
Save bookmarks as things happen during a recording. You will see and edit the bookmarks you created after the game footage is uploaded, processed, and available in your mobile app. Tap the “Bookmark” button next to the stop recording button to go to the Bookmarking screen. Then tap on any bookmark as the action happens in the game.
What do (f) and (a) mean next to each bookmark?
(f) means for and (a) means is against. For example, if your team got a corner kick, tag a bookmark as corner kick (f). If the opponent scored, tag a bookmark as goal (a). That would mean goal scored against your team.
8. Disconnect or turn OFF your Reeplayer camera
You may disconnect or turn OFF your camera when you’re not recording. When you’re on the Camera Controls screen, tap on the ellipses (”Option”) button on the top right and select the option in the drawer below.
